This was my first time trying Kaeng Raeng, and I loved it! It was easy, and the drinks definitely filled me up. I made them with water and frozen fruit in the blender, and I ate raw veggies for snacks. I lost about two pounds over the three days. I felt really great, and my skin cleared up also. I’ll definitely do it again.

Fantastic. Sometimes I just need to break the cycle of crappy food and diet coke. I also did it 1 year ago and sucessfully quit both smoking and RockStar!
It’s sort of a benefit that you don’t really discuss much in the benefits! Breaking addictions!
