This detox is perfect! The smoothies were delicious, I didn’t feel like I was being deprived, the plan was easy to follow, and best of all … I lost 8 pounds! This is exactly what I needed to kick-start my weight loss plan and improve my eating habits. Since the detox I’ve avoided meat and most dairy products and feel great. It’s a slow transition to being vegan, but I’m looking forward to the health benefits!

This is the first detox I have done since being diagnosed with Celiac disease in July 2012. Overall I am pleased, I did really well & only had a headache most of day 2, however I believe that was due mostly to caffeine w/d. I lost 7lbs, which is HUGE because since my intestines are so damaged from my disease its been over 2 years since I have lost even 1 pound! Even going off gluten in July I wasnt able to lose weight due to not being able to absorb proper nutrients. I do feel a bit more energy and I will be doing this again, I feel it can help me heal, its been a long road for me health wise & and I am happy I found this product.
